Please see the letter below from the principal and assistant principal regarding picking up belongings left at school:
To Our Students and Families:
We are hoping that everyone is well. The staff is missing all students immensely.
This letter includes important information regarding picking up essential personal items from school. This includes items such as eyeglasses, epipens, medications or inhalers. Before coming into the school, consider the necessity of the items. This is not a time to clean out lockers and desks. To ensure we abide by Alberta Health Guidelines regarding physical distancing, we have created a schedule to monitor how many people are in the building at once. We do ask that one person from the family come into the building and that you minimize your time within the building. Please do not come if you or your child is feeling ill. The main doors will be open. All personal items for K-6 will be in the snacketeria. Please go directly in and out. Grades 7 and 8 will go to their lockers to get their items and out.
The dates that the school will be open on Wednesday, March 25th from 1:00 - 3:00 p.m.
Thursday, March 26th from 1:00 - 3:00 p.m.
We continue to work with Alberta Education and the Government of Alberta to determine the continuity of learning across the province for the foreseeable future. When a learning plan has been established we will inform you of this and work towards ensuring your child has the appropriate learning resources and tools at home.
Note that the office will be closed and staff will not be available to engage in conversations for everyone's health benefit.
We will continue to keep in touch with you. Please continue to check our Exshaw School facebook page, Exshaw website, CRPS website for up to date information. For the time being, please contact Ms. Nadine Dack- Doi or Ms. Jody Keon if you have any questions or concerns. (403-673-3656)
