March 24 Update
To Our Students and Families:
The staff is busy preparing fantastic learning opportunities for you!
This letter includes important information regarding picking up essential personal items from school and paper work packages. This also includes the opportunity to rent a chromebook for students in grades three through eight. If a family chooses to borrow a chromebook, a rental agreement will be required. If a chromebook is needed, the family will meet with the principal at the school on their assigned grade day in the snacketeria. There will not be a rental charge; however, if the chromebook and/or other school materials are damaged a repair/replacement fee will be charged. The chromebook must be returned prior to the receiving of a report card.
To ensure we abide by Alberta Health Guidelines regarding physical distancing, we have created a schedule to monitor how many people are in the building at once. We do ask that one person from the family come into the building and that you minimize your time within the building. Please do not come if you or your child is feeling ill. The main doors will be open. All personal items for K-6 will be in the snacketeria. Please go directly in and out. Grades 7 and 8 will go to their lockers to get their items and out.
The schedule to pick up belongings, work packages and chromebooks (one per family for students in grades three and above) if applicable is as follows:
Monday, March 30th from 9:00 - 12:00 p.m. Kindergarten through Grade Two Monday, March 30th from 1:00 - 3:00 p.m. Grades Three through Five Tuesday, March 31st from 9:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m. Grades Six through Eight
