All interviews are student led. These interviews provide an excellent opportunity to inform parents of their child’s academic progress, reporting procedures, assignments and home study requirements. This time also helps the homeroom teacher to understand more completely the students who are in their class. These interviews help to strengthen home-school relationships. Ongoing parent-teacher contact is vital to your child’s success. We encourage you to communicate with staff members on a regular basis. Exshaw School has an open door policy and encourages you to visit our school regularly.
Important Dates
- Parent - Teacher Interviews: Evenings of March 13 and 14, and morning of March 15, 2024.
- 1st Report Card available on Parent Portal: January 29, 2024 at 4pm
- Report Card Review / Interviews: Families will be contacted by their child's classroom teacher.
- Final Report Cards available on Parent Portal: June 29, 2024 at 12noon
