Annual Demographic Update

The government requires families to complete a demographic update each year for their child(ren). 

This provides an opportunity to:

• Update contact information for your family
• Update emergency contacts
• Update medical information for your child(ren) if applicable
• Provide consent for: 
  • Technology responsible use
  • Freedom of Information
  • Walking field trips
